"Child Care" Bishop Conrad School is a Catholic Christian Minority Institution established and administered by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Bareilly. "Child Care" Bishop Conrad School is a Christian Minority Institution (Constitution of India Act.30) established and administered by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Bareilly, a Charitable Society (Registered Society) registered in Bareilly on 13.4.1989 under the Societies Registration Act XXI to 1860.

"Child Care" Bishop Conrad School is established with the object of imparting modern education primarily to catholic Students in a manner that would conserve their "Religion, Language, Script and Culture", but it is open to all, irrespective of religion caste or community.
